At this ground-breaking webinar, international construction rework expert Frontline Coach Director John Morrison will present on the causes, costs and impacts of rework and how you can take specific actions to reduce rework.
ohn will share the results of his collaborative research with world renowned construction academic Professor Peter Love on Australian construction projects worth over $32 billion which shows:
· a 70% correlation between workers attending to rework and safety incidents
· rework is eroding profit margins by up to 30%


John will be supported on the webinar by Lendlease Head of Quality Andrew Harrison and Laing O’Rourke Program Quality Lead Catherine McTigue with the South East Program Alliance Melbourne Level Crossing Removal Project who are both achieving outstanding delivery outcomes with their teams.
